What do I need to provide or have on hand at the event?
Your chef brings all food, equipment and gear to prepare your 3-course meal. You supply the kitchen (including some fridge space, clean and clear counter space, and a working oven), dinnerware, and any drinks. We recommend setting the table, but leaving the dishes in the kitchen for your chef to plate your food; you will need one plate per person per course.
